At this present time, we have never entered into a Joint Venture
arrangement, having reached this stage of our development entirely
through our own devices. However, we are constantly looking to grow
our business and believe that we are now at a stage where we can
effectively step up a gear to look at projects in the £10M to £50M
range, or above if the circumstances permit. We are therefore eager to
meet with like-minded operators/developers/funders to enter into
joint venture situations. We are prepared to enter into straightforward profit participation arrangements with individuals who introduce properties to us, or more complex joint venture funding arrangements where the circumstances merit and where the investment/dealing criteria is acceptable to all parties.  |
