Having started professional life in retail agency in the
early 1980's with Conrad Ritblat & Co, Andrew later
went on to work within the Central London office
occupational and investment markets and has now
had in excess of 20 years of all-round property
experience.
A Founding Director of Rican Securities, Andrew is
the principal shareholder.

Holidays plc). Also former Worldwide Non-Executive

PETER BALL
Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience,
with much of this time spent in portfolio Fund
Management, initially for Hill Samuel Asset
Management and latterly for Sun Life of Canada and
Credit Suisse Asset Management, where as Head of
Property, Peter oversaw property assets in excess of £1 billion.
Peter is well known and highly respected and, as a
Consultant to Rican Securities, brings with him a
wealth of experience and an extensive contact base.
